Cotton and linen-look textiles printed with fade-resistant inks; cushion covers have hidden zips. Machine wash cold, gentle; line dry or tumble low; warm iron if needed.
Shipping & returns
Art prints and paper goods ship free, tracked, worldwide. Home textiles, ceramics and gifts are made and shipped by the workshop nearest you; the shipping cost is calculated for your address and shown at checkout before you pay. Production 2–5 business days, delivery 3–8 days by region. Made-to-order pieces are replaced free if damaged or misprinted — contact us within 30 days. Full details.

Is the coaster artwork original?
Yes. Every Calm & Oak design begins as an original ink or brush painting made in our studio near Copenhagen. Nothing is licensed, stock or generated, and each artwork is carried across a small family of pieces so a room can be set in one quiet key.
How is the coaster made and where does it ship from?
It is made to order by the partner workshop nearest you — in North America, Europe, the UK, Australia or Japan — so nothing waits in a warehouse and most orders arrive without customs charges. Production takes 2–5 business days; delivery is typically 3–8 business days by region, tracked. Shipping is calculated for your address and shown at checkout before you pay.
What is it made of and how do I care for it?
Glazed ceramic with a cork backing that will not scratch furniture. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Email hello@calmandoak.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we replace it free of charge or refund you in full — no need to send it back. Parcels that go missing are replaced too.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Because each piece is made only for you, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns, so please check sizes and colours before ordering. Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are always replaced or refunded.
