Made to order, delivered free
Every Calm & Oak piece is produced only when you order it, by a partner workshop in your region — the EU, the UK or North America — so nothing crosses an ocean it doesn’t need to.
Production
Prints and paper goods: 1–3 business days. Textiles, cushions, throws and apparel: 2–5 business days. Mugs and desk mats: 2–4 business days.
Delivery
Free, tracked, worldwide. Typical transit is 2–5 business days in the EU and UK, 3–6 in North America, and 7–14 elsewhere. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your piece ships. Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels from different workshops.
Duties and taxes
Prices include VAT where applicable in the EU and UK. For other destinations, local import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns and replacements
Because each piece is made for you, we don’t offer change-of-mind returns. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or not as described, write to hello@calmandoak.com within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it free of charge — no need to send it back.
Digital downloads
Digital artwork is delivered instantly by email and is non-refundable once downloaded. If a file gives you any trouble, we will fix it.
Sizing
Apparel is unisex and true to size; the size guide is on every product page. If a garment is the wrong size we will exchange it once — contact us within 14 days of delivery.
