1. The promoter
"Two Seats to Quiet" (the "Promotion") is run by Calm & Oak, Copenhagen, Denmark ("we", "us"). Questions: hello@calmandoak.com.
2. Who can enter
Open to anyone aged 18 or over at the time of entry, except residents of the Province of Quebec (Canada) and any country or territory where this kind of promotion is prohibited by law. Employees of Calm & Oak and their immediate families may not enter.
3. How to enter
There are two ways to enter, and both carry equal weight in the draw.
a) With an order. Every order placed on shop.calmandoak.com during the Promotion period with a merchandise subtotal (after discounts, before shipping and taxes) at or above the qualifying amount for the currency you check out in counts as one entry, which we call a "seat". The qualifying amounts are: 50 in CAD, USD, AUD, NZD and SGD; €45; £40; DKK 350; SEK 500; NOK 500; CHF 45; ¥7,500; HK$400; AED 185; PLN 200; CZK 1,150; MXN 900; INR 4,200; KRW 70,000; and 50 units in any other currency — or, if lower, the equivalent of 50 Canadian dollars at the exchange rate applied to your order. The amount is shown in your cart before you pay. Each qualifying order is one seat. An order that is cancelled, refunded in full or charged back loses its seat.
b) Free entry — no purchase necessary. Complete the free-entry form on the Promotion page with your name, email address and country. One free entry per person per calendar day. Free entries are counted as seats in exactly the same way as order entries and have the same chance of winning.
4. Promotion period and the draw
The Promotion opens on 21 September 2026. The draw takes place within 14 days after the 10,000th seat is taken (order entries and free entries combined). The current seat count is published on the Promotion page and updated regularly. We will announce the draw date on the Promotion page and by email to entrants at least 7 days before it happens. Calm & Oak may close the Promotion earlier or later than the 10,000-seat mark only where required by law or circumstances outside our reasonable control, in which case a draw will still be held among all seats taken up to that point.
One winner is selected at random from all valid seats by an independent random process. Where the winner is a resident of Canada, they must first correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.
5. The prize
Two return economy-class flights for the winner and one companion, from the major international airport nearest the winner's home to either Copenhagen (Denmark) or Tokyo (Japan), at the winner's choice, with a combined value of up to 5,000 Canadian dollars. Travel must be completed within 12 months of the draw, on dates agreed with us and subject to availability; blackout periods may apply. The prize covers flights only. Accommodation, transfers, insurance, visas, meals and any other costs are the winner's responsibility. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative, except that we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the flights become unavailable. Any tax on the prize is the winner's responsibility.
6. Notifying the winner
The winner is notified by email within 7 days of the draw and must confirm acceptance within 14 days. If we cannot reach the winner, or they decline or are ineligible, we draw again. We may publish the winner's first name and country on the Promotion page and our social channels; we will ask before using anything more than that.

8. General
By entering you accept these terms. We may amend them if required by law, and will publish any change on this page. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Etsy or Shopify. These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
